#5 Ray Hanania used to be a "journalist" for the Chicago Sun-Times until he quit/was fired (depending on who you believe) for dating a rather decent looking woman in city gov't. The newspaper felt he had a conflict of interest. I never had an opinion although Miriam Santos (I think that was her name) went on to have her own problems with the powers that be.

I guess the love affair went south not long after Ray was outta the news game but he's been a gadfly ever since and was the "comic" that Jackie Mason did not want to work with--guess because he's not funny but just overtly pro-Palestinian.
