#4 I hope it works better for you, Zack, than it did for me.

Just seemed appropriate.

#12 Too bad Moussaoui was not Serbian. The US could score diplomatic points by turning him over to the ICC, and he would die in his cell in less than three years.

#14 Took well less than four days - he filed this on Friday.

#15 New trial for lying on the stand. Mr. Moussaoui may participate by voice-only telephone from his cell, permitted to speak only in response to direct questions. Sentence to be added to the end of the original one.

#16 wonder which lawyers are working with him now
possibly indirectly funded by CAIR or Hamas or the Tides foundation

#17 Where's that laughing audience graphic? Einstein just doesn't cut it here.

#18 no new trial. This is a gambit by his atty's for an appeal, dammit. Slam the door and offer a chance to his atty's to join him
#19 I'm sorry, Frank. I wasn't clear. I meant, no retrial because he says he lied -- he was convicted on the evidence, not his confession. Rather, offer him the option of a new trial specifically for lying under oath, after which he could serve even more time -- the details of which calculation I leave as an exercise for the student.

#20 life without parole = no more time (they actually get rid of the body after death :-))
I don't wanna see/hear/smell/know about him anymore - deep dark hollow - no more trials or hearings...buh-bye!
