#1 In any case, once the accursed blasphemer Mohammed is out on bail, he'll be lynched according to local custom, saving all the cost and bother of a trial. Also, the accuser won't have to pay any of his debts to the accused.

#2 If a Muslim needed to discredit a business contact, Islamic condemnation is a frequent means of doing so. During the Indonesian slaughter of 1965-68, ethnic Chinese who held debts over Muslims were routinely killed as "Communists." But, if they loaned money for profit - or commission, in Islamic lending - wouldn't they be capitalists? Anyway Muslims found a way to terminate mortgage payments.
