#2 Don't you love how the writer had to phrase this in terms your average person would identify -- "relative of Prince Philip"...

Prince Michel is a WONDERFUL and witty raconteur, and yes, he has written some interesting "historical" accounts of the Romanovs, etc..

But I wouldn't pay him too much mind about the prickly Bourbon succession.

First, the topic is a minefield.

Second, he's a fanciful man, who wants to make his mark more than hoping for accuracy (a bit like the overbearing Princess Michael of Kent).

If you're a legitimist, and believe me, there are whole societies around the world that take the matter very seriously, then for you, there is only one true and legal King of France, to the defunct throne.

Don Luis Alfonso de BorbÃ³n, who amongst other things, is the grandson of Generalissimo Franco...

He would reign today, as Louis XX.
