#7 I carry industrial sized and Strength pepper foam for asshats like this. If assault and battery is their plan because they can't control their emotions it's simple self defense. Spray them and call 911.

#8 Actually, I have found New Yorkers to be among the nastiest people when angry. Everyone gets angry, but not everyone "expresses themselves" the same way.
