#16 I would happily accept Provinces of Canada and States of Mexico to become Territories of the USA if they accept our constitution. When they accept English and everything (talking about Quebec and Mexico) they can even decide if they want to become states or not.
My offer extends to Greenland, Iceland and sections of Europe.
I don't mind a North Atlantic Union as long as it's an extension of the USA and not a reduction in our sovereignty.
