#1 I feel for him as a person, but I'd also rather he'd have used his "never give in" for things like conservative distric and appelate judges (instead of showing he has all the spinal stiffness of a slinky), and restraining himself from being a moronic RINO busybody (Congressional investigations of the NFL? LMAO!).
