#1 I have a growing unease with Tasers, they seem to be hitting people with them for everything from littering to flipping other people the bird. Those damned things arent a toy.

#7 I suspect I would use a taser too if they guy was going to fight. Not too many handles to get hold of when they are nude. Taser, cuff. Simple.

At one time all cops had to meet a size requirement. The advantage to that is a big cop has a better chance to wrap someone up without hurting them. Little folks like me would have to hurt them. All else being equal; size matters.

On the other hand they do seem to use them a lot but it's better than a baton, cosh or choke hold. All of which are the other options.
