#1 Hastings is a waste of protein. if he lived in a district with a reasonable number of thinking people instead of democratic myrmidons, he would never be considered for his position.

There must be some honest black pols somewhere. Unfortunately, judging from all we hear and see of them in the U.S., it's not here.
