GeeMr. Union honchowe see your point. The U.S. Postal Service revenues are down nearly $5 billion this year. It's on track for an operating loss of between $6 billion and $12 billion. Which means its overall debt may surpass $10 billion. But thats hardly "an example of inefficiency".
