#1 When I worked at SFGH, one of the radiology docs kept a collection of "unusual" pics & xrays. The prize was a pt with a 12 inch kitchen knife laterally through the neck, sticking out left to right. Pt lived.

Runner up was the lightbulb... don't ask where it was - this was San Francisco.....
