If the answer is "no", the probing follow up might be to walk the points of the Communist Manifesto (without explicitly identifying them as such) to see which one's he's still comfortable with.

Big News, of course, is unlikely to ask the first question. Even if they did, they'd take his "no" as the End of the Story.

Anonymous tips generating no-search warrant required, carte blanche rambles by constables on private property looking for code violations.
