And who in the hell would "follow" NorK on twitter? (Other than communist Hollyweird twits?)

I'm pretty sure there's some poor schlub at DIA that's tasked with keeping track of everything that goes on with these accounts, and letting his superiors know if anything relevant pops up. I doubt he's/she's very busy
