Wasn't it Russian Spetnaz (Special Forces) who were alleged to have made that Chemical Biological Weapons transfer to Syria? Interesting no?

#3 There were some articles from a Romanian defector (name eludes me ATM) who claimed that the Russians had a unit that specialized in exactly that kind of clean up operation.
