#1 He continues to contribute, but frankly, is operating outside of his comfort zone. Internatinal politics and global confilct are bereft of challenge and a bore to him. His real love and expertise is found in lunar modeling and differential equations.

#2 His manager rates him a 90 on potential, but a mere 50 on execution of his current project. A lateral transfer is recommended, preferably a project of a more technical nature with less intensive interaction required.

I don't know if that's what you had in mind, Besoeker, but it sounded like a management rating to me.
