#3 Given the list is maintained by the State Dept, once would expect all sorts of nonsense. However, according to the often interesting and sometimes factual Wikipedia, the non-Islamos are commies or violent nationalists like Sendero Luminoso, those wacky ETA Basques or the IRA:
FTO list. Color me surprised.
