#5 I'd say if I were running Syria I'd probably make Latakia the capitol... but I just had a better idea. Make peace with Israel, then make myself the new consulate officer at the new compound on the beach in Tel Aviv.
I have a folding reclining lawn chair from Target that'll be perfect.
