#1 What a special bonding THAT is. Someone is the temple better fix this or I'm going apeshit.

#3 No matter how many times I see that photo, I just think that is the nicest footstool ever. It's even serving its intended purpose, which just makes it even cooler.

#4 back to the article ... it is suspected that a follow-on strategy for Boko Haram (after bombings of churches and shops) is the assassination of key leaders in politics and civilian life. Hnece this warning to Pres Jonathon might be the prelude to that assassination spree.

#5 Shekau should have an accident, ideally a 'work' accident involving high explosives, but I'm not too picky.

#6 And the Church ponders it's navel, deliberating civil partnerships and gay bishops. As they say, for the love of Christ, get your act together.

#7 Amen TS4671. Comanches dropped in at Pony Creek Church happened upon the preacher and his nephew on a Saturday afternoon, hung the preacher by his ankles from a tree in front of the church, and built a fire on the ground below his head and watched him die slowly above the flames. They then made a sport of tracking down the nephew who was allowed to get away and scalped him. From that time on riflemen were stationed outside the church during services.
The Comanche raiding party soon returned at night to steal horses in the darkness. Dogs woke up people who assembled and the men of the town started tracking them at dawn. By the afternoon all the Comanches were burning in Hell. (I always loved inspirational Christian sermons with a happy ending such as this one.)
