#3 The Shiites in Pakland are murdered regularly by Sunni terrorists. The Shiites haven't been able to organize a fight back there. The revenge comes from Shiite terrorists killing Sunnis in Iraq and from persecution of Sunnis in Iran (e.g., no Sunni Mosques are allowed in Tehran).
