#1 Gaza needs a Hurricane, enough water to swim in, for the next hundred years.

#2 Closing the Gaza tunnels would have serious economic impact. I don't mean the trade in goods and weapons. I'm talking about the bribes, fees, taxes, beak-wetting, and general fell-off-the-truck-ness that goes along with smuggling.
