He was a senior Al Quds officer, a member of Hizb'allah's Revolutionary Council as Iran's "Special Representative of the President of the Islamic Republic." since 2006, and controlled a budget of US$200 million/year....pretending to be a civil engineer.
I wonder If Israel had his cell phone bugged? Goodness knows they found him easily enough...
