That's what I wanna know. I suspect the whole thing bore a strong resemblance to the Solyndra episode. The money just kind of...disappeared. I'd also like to know how much those CGI executives contributed to Baraq Hussein's election campaign.

But $50 million for the Kansas Labor Department? C'mon. Give me that much money and I'm fairly certain that after seven years I could have had her web site working all by myself. Yes, it can be hard work and it requires some attention to detail. But it's really not that big of a deal. Hell, you put a couple of servers in my garage and I could run it from there. Dang, I should do some government contracting. All I gotta do is find the right politicians ~~to bribe.~~ and contribute to their election campaigns.
