#1 Farrow, 68, recently back from a visit to the conflict-ravaged nation, told news hounds the "seeds of genocide" had been sown there and the world had a moral duty to take a stand.

#12 So just what do you want us to do, Mia? When you have a totally lawless situation, basically you have to bring in military force to bring some semblance of control to the country.

In other words, you have taken over the problem and you own it now, meaning you are the foster parent of this messed up and disfunctional country.

Other people can look at your country and say they have to take over because of some real or imagined situation.

So what is your call, and who do you want to run and pay for this operation?
