#5 Otis AFB in Sandwich is rumored to be the next Mass. dumping ground (after Lynn, MA). Jim Cummings is sheriff of Barnstable County (basically, most of the Cape excluding Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Island). I wonder if he's got the balls to pull a stunt like that.
