#3 #2 thats iff the US-Allies can destroy, not just siolate or contain, the ISIS aka ISIL in Syria + Iraq.

FYI as per CNN, the Kurds are claiming that they are gener or typically "outgunned" by the ISIS, + are once again requesting both expanded US arms shipments as well as more Airstrikes.
