Which brings me to my greatest suggestion yet for Western Intelligence agencies.

Create the world's most prestigious terrorist training center - out in some desolate, god-forsaken piece of remote real estate.

Then run a jihadi recruiting program:

First class (decadent) luxury airfare to city near jihadi camp

Air conditioned limo picks you up, and brings you to five star hotel - with all expenses paid, including free Austrian-Bosnian beauties for the night.

Next morning, you are issued your personal jihandi kit - a mint AK-47, and RPG-7, a fresh Koran, a jihadi prayer rug - plus Gatorade, and whatever other favorite snack foods you want - served by wanna be European jihadi girls.

You then travel by luxury bus to the desert training camp, with a goat/lamb feast en route.

You arrive to your luxury communal air-conditioned tent, with separate cubicles for each ~~lunatic~~ recruit.

These air-conditioned tents in the desert are arranged in concentric circles, to "facilitate better communications."

Every second week, a flight of B-52 bombers conducts an ARCLIGHT strike on the camp, returning it to prehistoric, pristine rubble - which can be smoothed out, and rebuilt into a luxury camp for the next batch of recruits.

Don't fight the jihadi pestilence - embrace it. Lure every closeted maniac out of the shadows, and into the bullseye - and then obliterate them.

How hard can that be?
