#11 At last check, the Bammer + Legal Team were prepping to take the issue to the USSC as the Bammer's argument for proceeding wid executive action/privelege is based on its long-standing Constitutionality + Separation of Powers.

IMO ITS WHY HE OR HIS ADMIN IS NOT AFRAID OF ANY GO-DEM EFFORT TO BLOCK OR OBTRUCT HIM. ONLY THE US SUPREME COURT, OR SUCCESSFUL IMPEACHMENT + REMOVAL, CAN STOP HIM.
