#1 All in accordance with regime and Klingon central planning as Iran becomes a U.S. regional proxy and the Bush legacy of ending the brutal Saddam era is rubbished. The nuclear talks are little more than a meaningless sideshow and diversion.

#2 I hardly think Iran is going to become "a U.S. regional proxy."

At best, the Klingons, the WH, and the realpolitik community will get a semblance of the 'common interest relationship' they desire. More likely, it'll end up being a disaster for the next administration to deal with.

#4 Methinks the current administration is hoping they'll convince the mullahs to become the new Mohammad Mosaddegh regime.

Mosaddegh was in power when ValJar's parents decided to move to Iran, btw.
