#3 I have an idea. Grab one of the Ghost Fleet ships awaiting the shipbreaker and turn it into a prison hulk for the Gitmo detainees, and moor it 12 miles offshore until it sinks.

#4 Better make that 201 miles offshore so it's still in international waters. Otherwise Obumbles will declare them U.S. Citizens and thus worthy of a 'fair' trial and *bail* in the United States.

#5 200 miles is Exclusive Economic Zone, but AFAIK 12 miles is still territorial limit. But I'm ok with 201 miles - how about 201 miles north of Pt Barrow?
