Option 2: Attorney General Loretta Lynch was pandering to Muslim interest groups.

Option 3: Attorney General Loretta Lynch was repeating the line handed to her by the White House.

Option 4: Attorney General Loretta Lynch was working under Options 2 or 3 and backtracked when her remarks made the press.
