God help them iff Darth Vlad = Russia [China? India?] militarily intervenes in the fray out of fear of the ISIS/ISIL.

IMO ITV "time is of the esssence" now - the Taliban either win their war agz Kabul + Islamabad ASAP AMAP, or else join he Islamic State + Global Jihad.
