#3 The 'diva Ranger' decision was made at pay grades high above those found at Fort Benning. I can only guess the reasons for the suspected confirmation difficulty.

#5 IIRC he was nicknamed "Scott" because he was a great fan of ROCKY HORROR in his younger days.

82nd ABN, 2nd INF, 75th, Delta, ARSOC, now JSOC - good thing he stayed a regular 9-5 or 10-10 Soldier only and didn't become too involved wid CIA + NSA activities.
