FYI VPOTUS JOE BIDEN = claimed that Iran was only helping out US Boats and Personnel in distress, + there is absolutely no evidence that US SecState John Kerry had formally "apologized" to Iran for the incident, i.e. for the US illegally entering Iran territorial waters.
