#2 I again ask the question: I have never been able to determine if there are limits on the ability of a President to pardon, Can he just wave a wand and an entire class of people be excused from criminal conduct? Illegal aliens, all black drug criminals, every member of the US government, all the members of the Democratic Party? Surely there must be some limiting factor beyond shame, cause this jackass doesn't know the meaning of the word!
