#4 A decade ago "Alms for Jihad", the best book on Muslim use of charitable grants to fund terrorism, was attacked by the Saudi Bin Mahfouz family. Cambridge Press capitulated and its publication was halted. The book is as valid today as then and worth the read -- if you can find a copy.
