#2 I thought C4 was a real stable explosive - what could make it accidentally detonate in storage? Sabotage?

Mythbusters did some tests on C4 and nothing other than a blasting cap would set it off.

Lighting it on fire? nope.
Dropping real heavy weights on it? nope.
Shooting it? nope.

I'm surprised the damn stuff ever explodes.

#4 Maybe someone who doesn't like ISIS deliberately set it off. Probably easier to say who isn't on that list.
