Put another way - USA/POTUS OBAMA > D *** NG IT, ITS THE OWG AFRICAN UNION'S = AU'S JOB, NOT THE OWG NORTH AMERICAN UNION'S = NAU'S!

#5 I don't know; France has never seemed 'stupid' to me, nor their armed forces poor. They 'are' different, though; they march to a different drummer than the one I hear. If they want to screw with the ISIS et al, fine by me. Go get 'em.
