#1 A "Brexit" would cancel the EU treaty that forces Great Britain to obey edicts from Brussels that set up this stupid situation in the first place. British law, and British immigration rules, would then apply on the British side of the Chunnel: Everyone walking into Britain would have to show papers, put into a camp if they don't have any, and then put on a boat back to Syria.

#2 Collapse the chunnel at the same time just to be sure.

Perhaps Merkel will take the problem a bit more seriously if she realizes the EU is going to fall apart because of her policies.
