#2 As per RELATED GUAM DAILY POST FKA GUAM/MARIANAS VARIETY, the US will repor not be controlling the new Bases - IFF TRUE, WHOM WILL I.E. THE IRAQI GOVT-MILITARY OR THE KURDS???
