#1 It means the US should not be kissing their arse but instead should be looking for alternate means of energy (nuclear baby!) to put them out of business while at the same time pushing them to cage the dogs they've unleashed.

As usual: the oil industry gets too many subsidies, fracking should be banned, et cetera...
