#2 It starts at the top Procopius2k. Forcing a president on them that would veto this crap while replacing congressmen and senators during elections that keep voting for this crap is a start.

Term limits are another with a ban on congressmen becoming lobbyists another.

I really don't have much hope of it happening until the economy really come crashing down and half the country is voting to leave this train wreck... but I still try.
