#1 Obama also revealed that James Clapper, director of National Intelligence, "has been going through this"...

Now that's certainly a confidence builder.

#2 In an interview with CBS's Charlie Rose, Obama was asked if had read the 28 pages. "I have a sense of what's in there," he replied.

No stuttering or stammering, a completely evasive answer of non-committal. After all, his time must be devoted to visiting rappers and other urban varmints. He's a man of strict priorities.

#7 Obama also voiced concerns about a legislative move to allow victim families to bring lawsuits against other countries believed to have provided support for attacks.

Well, yes. There is a valid argument there.

A competent and ethical Executive branch would have pressed for a governmental response, instead of forcing the survivors to litigate in the courts.

Ah, the joys of realpolitik.

#9 Seven years late. However, if you're from the school 'America had it coming for all its faults', there is no surprise.

#10 John R. Schindler (XX Committee blog) writes about this subject HERE. When 9/11 happened he was a counterintelligence officer with the National Security Agency.
