#1 Broadwell, the author of Petraeus’ biography, was never charged. Legal experts say her role as a journalist made any prosecution problematic.

Total rubbish! She 'was never charged' simply because the spill over would have further sullied the general. Petraeus was one of the key architects of the UBL takedown as well as events in Libya and Benghazi.

It's sun dried and crusted over. Please don't kick it and we can continue to enjoy the pleasant meadow fragrances.
