chief of state: President Maj. Gen. (ret.) Muhammadu BUHARI (since 29 May 2015)

He'll be better able to deal with the various insurgencies when the govment has recovered more funds stolen by Mr. Goodluck Jonathan's cronies. If I recall correctly, they've already identified the location of about $33 million.
