#1 Actually, I don't think Chicago will be a soft target for ISIS. I mean, a lot of armed people used to employing firearms at slight provocation.

#2 Lincoln Park and Gold Coast neighborhoods have a lot of 'anti-gun' libs who probably would be easy targets.

West Englewood and Austin, not so much.
