#7 Willfully putting your self in front of speeding vehicle, sounds like suicide by interstate to me. There's a lot of other organic roadkill out there already. Slamming on the breaks could cause a pileup endangering other lives following the rules. I'd just give the driver and passengers right to sue the estate for mental distress and the insurers to sue for recovery of damages.
