#1 Not clear. One ton bomb (presumably some kind of high explosive with a LOT of stuff in it), or a ton of propane cylinders? Both?
Seems like a lot of work to bury that sort of thing while the customs guy is taking a leak.
And the citizens noticed first?
Maybe this is a gate where, if somebody wants to cross and declare his booze or whatever, they call somebody to show up sometime this week.
Not getting this.
