#11 You recall all those up-armored Hummers and mine resistant vehicles that were given the police departments, with much suspect by the community. I suspect they'll replace the old commercial vehicles soon in some metro areas as response vehicles. Might as well give them to the EMTs too while you're at it. However, Cities should have to earn these rather than just hand them out. Helps identifying where to stay on the Interstate.
