#1 All major attacks have been suicide missions. Normally just prior to duch mission an anouncement is social media. Thier 15 minutes of fame. Algorhytms can be written to immediately flag key words or word combinations.

As an important national security measure such algorhythms should be required by law.

Because while people are being killed, g(r)omgoru, for the most part the cop killers are not jihadis. The motivation is different. This does mean we are going to have to extend the same discipline to other non-jihadi killings as well.
