#2 What utter nonsense you speak, my dear Percy. If that were true, we American people would never have replaced so many Democratic politicians at all levels with Republican majorities, and President Obama could have had all the laws and Supreme Court justices he desired passed by Democratic supermajorities in both houses of Congress, instead of making do as best he can with a phone and a pen. In my very own Congressional district Speaker of the House John Boehner resigned; we voted in a retired Army Ranger-cum-entrepreneur who went into politics because of Hillary Clinton's Benghazi testimony. The American people are taking care of political evolution the way the Founders designed it, by voting out those who won't do what we want, and voting in those who will.
